Questions, answered
Who receives my customers' payments?
You do. You connect your own payment gateway account and customers pay it directly - StoreNest never collects your sales into its own bank account.
How is GST handled?
Your product GST is entirely yours to configure: rate, HSN/SAC and inclusive or exclusive pricing, with CGST/SGST or IGST chosen from the customer's state. StoreNest charges GST separately on your subscription invoice.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on plans that include custom domains. Add the DNS records we show you, we verify ownership and HTTPS is provisioned automatically.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the pro-rated difference for the remaining period plus GST. Downgrades apply from your next billing cycle, once your usage fits the lower plan.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Any exceptional adjustment is handled by our team case by case.
Is my data separate from other merchants?
Yes. Every query is tenant-scoped on the server, and larger merchants can opt for a dedicated database.
